The annual festival of various types of art, was relocated last year from Siberia (central Russia) to Berlin. One of the main goals of the festival was to exchange experiences of artists from all over the world with local Siberian independent art, so that the festival in Berlin receives feedback and a platform for young Russian artists in Europe and to help with the integration.

The curators are Alexander Markvart (Russia), Maxim Evstropov (Russia), Stepan Kachalin (Russia).
