vovne series, concert series of improvised and new music. the series is rooted in distant Siberia and also periodically takes place in several cities of Russia. at the moment, one of the longest series of concerts at PAS. “vovne” means “to be outside / to go outside / something that is outside”. to listen or to play, or to understand, or to feel, or to see – it means to go “outside” to be “vovne”.

For several years they have been meticulously assembling and connecting the conceptual forms of electronics and industrial into an organic symbiosis, presenting the audience with a deeply original product at the intersection of these two worlds of music. These two veterans of the stage will immerse you in a balmy world of analogue effects, live and electronic rhythm, domestic noise and the positive constructivism of soothing factory sounds.

Galina Ozeran more known as Chikiss is a singer and pianist, composer and electronic producer, born in Belarus, based in Berlin. Having recorded her first album in 2005, she has produced a large musical output from post-punk and psychedelic rock to minimalistic synthesizer pop and spectral ascetic electronics. Chikiss has six full-length albums and numerous singles, EPs, mixtapes, concerts in alternative music centres and international festivals. Also projects with musicians from different countries such as Ensemble Economique, Eva Geist, Thomas Azier, Die Wilde Jagd, Barbara Morgenstern, Bad Hammer, Pilocka Krach, Etkin Cekin, Sveta Ben, Maya Postepski and many others. The resident of the labels Not Not Fun, Crash Symbols, Intergalactic Research Institute for Sound, Space Ritual, Bureau B (God is God). As a solo artist and in various collaborations she has created her personal and idiosyncratic style.
