A.I.D and abet! #4

A.I.D (Art is Dead) is an organization that came together with the purpose of breaking ties with musical criteria defined so far. Art is Dead is a fluid heading referring to the point music has come today with new technologies, methods, reasonings and experimental attitudes; for it involves a wide-ranging scale from acoustic improvisation performances to pre-composed electroacoustic pieces; from severe-harsh noise styles to hardcore / terror sets, and site-specific interactive/multidisciplinary spatializations & installations and alike.

⋯ DESERT DRONE
Desert Drone is the audiovisual Techno/Industrial/Noise project of the italian musician Mauro Uda, based in Berlin, co-founder of Autonoma Industriale.
His approach to live music, developed during the years through the obsession for dramatic and dark sound, leads to a quasi-nihilistic and distorted music structure, with noisy rhythms and rough bass line that walk in an anti-utopic vision of the fact.

⋯ LAS MIGRAÑAS
In the beginning of 2021, in the twilight of the pandemic, after years of knowing each other and shortly after finding the other also living in Berlin, Las Migrañas teamed up and started a composition and rehearsal routine that brought in a short time a vast and exciting repertoire of twisted south american anthems through punkish krautrock lenses.
Las Migrañas played extensively in this short time in the Berlin music scene, in venues such as Loophole, 3XXXTR, Backsteinboot and West Germany, as well as DIY concerts like Platten-Kosmos and La Mona De Oro. In November 2021 they recorded a live session of their single “Petróleo” with Kiremico Productions, and on the 6th of May 2022 released their first EP “Los Síntomas”, recorded by themselves with the help of Mona Golden Records. They are now working on the 2nd EP, planned for November 2022.
