SoulJam presents Devansh + Skyline Sun & Mío Ma

SoulJam is a jam-session collective and event organizer, made up of musicians centered around communication and community. Beginning in the summer of 2021, the collective hosted jams open to all, with the aim of creating musical connection. At the core of SoulJam is a Houseband, made up of musicians from around the world performing music that is fully improvised in the funk, hip-hop, soul and house directions, but a pillar of SoulJam is to give a platform to diverse artists both in our local Berlin scene, and from around the world.

Devansh is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and vocalist based in London by way of Brooklyn and Singapore. He writes modern groove music that blends together elements of psychedelic soul, funk, indie pop, and world music.

Skyline Sun, originally from Australia and currently based in Berlin, is a nu-jazz project that brings a refreshing and groove-focused perspective to jazz and improvised music. Mío Ma, a multidisciplinary artist from Barcelona, continues to blend and experiment, fusing various genres and art forms.

After releasing their debut EP, “HIBERNATION,” Skyline Sun and Mío Ma are unveiling their latest single titled “Take Me Back.” Having collaborated for four years, they have been involved in creating and experimenting with music through improvisation and production. They will be performing with a full band, followed by the unique House Band of SoulJam, plus an open jam!
